Business Development Partner

Position description

We are looking to partner with a Sales Consultant Representative in order to expand our business in the German and surrounding markets.

Your Sales Activities will include:

- To search for potential customers and to represent Dinamo┬┤s services vision and values.
- To bring our services to the fingertips of companies in need of product design and development experts visiting them in fairs and in their premises.
- To report on eligible prospects and give feedback from on-going talks with customers.
- To manage not just the sales process but also to participate in the project development itself once this is commisioned, supporting the customers and standing in front of them.

Ideally You...

- must be professionally proficient in German and English languages. Others like French, Dutch or Spanish will be a plus.
- are an experienced individual in direct B2B sales, business development and selling services at the C-level and/or bring an established network of connections within the manufacturing industry.
- have a background or a demonstrated interest in the Product Design and Engineering field.
- are willing to commit to a win-win, shared-risks and success-based rewarding collaboration with open future opportunities.

Cooperation Conditions We offer:

- A deal based on a flexible approach with large autonomy and room for professional development.
- Initially, purely commission based. Eventually, a salaried position or a further special deal could be agreed upon.
- Engagement in a challenging but very rewarding activity enjoying the support and resources of a consolidated Design Engineering Consultancy.
